What the Mastermind Is

The AI Coaching for Biz Mastermind is a weekly, live, small-group program designed for law firm owners who want to implement AI thoughtfully and effectively, not chase tools or trends.

Each session focuses on:

  • Real workflows inside real law firms

  • Practical use cases you can deploy immediately

  • Clear decisions about what to do next—and what to ignore

This is not a lecture series and not a generic networking group. It is an operator-level working session built for firms that want results.

Who This Is For

This is a good fit if you:

  • Own or lead a small–mid-sized law firm

  • Want to reduce busywork and improve leverage using AI

  • Prefer structured discussion over hype

  • Value professional peers and accountable follow-through

This is not a good fit if you:

  • Are looking for a one-click AI "solution"

  • Want generic tool demos without implementation

  • Are not willing to experiment and iterate

How the Mastermind Works

Members meet once per week for 60 minutes in a live Zoom session.

Each session typically includes:

  • 1

Brief framing of a specific AI implementation theme

  • 2

    Guided group discussion and problem-solving

  • 3

Practical recommendations you can act on immediately

  • 4

Clear next steps to test or deploy before the next session

Mastermind Norms

How We Work Together

The value of this Mastermind depends less on tools and more on how participants show up. These norms exist to create a thoughtful, productive environment for everyone involved.

Candid, Respectful Participation

This is a working group, not a presentation. Members are encouraged to speak candidly about what's working and what isn't, while respecting differing perspectives and firm contexts.

One Conversation at a Time

To keep discussions focused and productive, participants avoid talking over one another. The goal is clarity and understanding, not speed.

Judgment Before Tools

AI is evolving rapidly, and there is rarely a single "right" answer. Discussions prioritize judgment, fit, and risk-awareness over enthusiasm for any specific tool or tactic.

Open-Minded, Iterative Thinking

Assumptions will be challenged. Ideas may change from week to week as tools, regulations, and best practices evolve. Curiosity and adaptability are expected.

Professional Language and Conduct

This is a professional forum. Participants are expected to use appropriate language and engage with others in a way that reflects the standards of the legal profession.

No Selling, No Posturing

The Mastermind is not a place to pitch products, services, or personal expertise. Contributions should be made in service of shared learning, not self-promotion.

Shared Responsibility for the Environment

Everyone contributes to the tone and usefulness of the group. Thoughtful preparation, listening, and follow-through matter as much as insight.

No Single Authority

No one — including the facilitator — has all the answers when it comes to AI. The value of the Mastermind comes from shared reasoning, varied experience, and collective judgment applied to real-world constraints.

These norms are not about rigidity. They exist to protect the quality of discussion and make the time worthwhile for everyone involved.

Confidentiality & Session Materials

Mastermind discussions are treated as confidential to encourage candid conversation.

Sessions may be recorded solely for internal summarization purposes and are not shared or attributed to individual participants.

Recordings are retained only briefly and deleted after summaries are prepared.

Members receive a fully anonymized summary focused on themes, patterns, and implementation ideas — not on who said what.

Program Launch & Enrollment

AI Coaching for Biz launches in February with the first cohort sessions.

While cohorts have scheduled start dates, enrollment is ongoing — firm owners may join after sessions have begun and integrate into the existing rhythm of the group.

Members choose a primary weekly session to build continuity with their cohort, with flexibility to attend the alternate session when needed.

Pricing

Why This Is Priced the Way It Is

Professional peer groups and coaching programs for law firm owners often range from $700 to $3,000+ per month, depending on depth and format.

The AI Coaching for Biz Mastermind is intentionally priced lower to support early participation—while maintaining a serious, implementation-focused environment.
